To make this file transfer go as smoothly as possible, we suggest that you click on the “duck” icon which will take you to a free FTP software called Cyberduck. Download the correct version and use it to gain access to our FTP server. Once you have successfully uploaded your files, we will in turn download them to the project folder, create the necessary print files and then delete them from our ftp server.
